We are looking to bring in a Health and Safety Supervisor for the solar farm project. I’ve attached a detailed job description, but I wanted to highlight the core requirements for the search.

The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum and have a proven track record on live construction sites (ideally solar or large-scale renewables).

Crucially, we need someone who is meticulous with paperwork. We are looking for an individual who will take full ownership of the site safety file, ensuring 100% compliance with RAMS sign-offs and daily digital auditing via Procore.
