Job Summary
Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling, serving orders to guests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience.
- Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
- Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
- Taking order and punching them into the POS system.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their orders.
- Handle complaints from clients.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished.
