The Job - Provide high-quality head spa treatments including scalp cleansing, massage therapy, steaming, and detox rituals.
- Conduct scalp consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home care products.
- Educate clients on scalp and hair health, including product usage and lifestyle guidance.
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Maintain detailed client records for return visits and personalized care.
- Collaborate with stylists and front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
