Position Overview

  • Build and maintain relationships with defence customers, government agencies, and system integrators.
  • Lead high-level customer engagements, product briefings, and capability demonstrations.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, exhibitions, and defence events
  • Own revenue targets, profit margins, and business growth metrics for the product line & Monitor program performance and profitability
  • Work with R&D and product teams to define product roadmaps and capability upgrades.
  • Align product development priorities with market needs and upcoming defence programs.
  • Provide inputs on technology investments and capability development.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities for Laser Weapon Systems and Counter-Drone solutions across defence and security programs.
  • Analyse customer RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and develop compliant technical solutions.
