Position Overview
Responsibilities - Crypto wallet product owner role offer industry wide leading CEX crypto deposit withdraw safekeep service
- Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets including deposits withdrawals
- Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures
- Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets
- Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues
Risk Mitigation & Compliance - Monitor internal alerts and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to react to incidents and implement safeguards
- Continuously review existing risk and controls to prevent potential future impact to the firm or users
Process Optimization - Review internal processes and simplify or automate processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
