Position Overview

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Viticulture, based in Blenheim, with proven experience to lead our New Zealand viticultural teams. Accountable for the implementation of our world class scientifically led viticultural practices that optimise yield and quality of our cool climate vineyards, spanning over 3, hectares in the premier regions of Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay.


Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager - Viticulture and Winemaking, the successful applicant will: 

  • Lead engagement and development of our Vineyard Managers and Viticulturalists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence of our world class vineyards.
  • Lead and ensure all vineyard operations are planned to optimise yield and quality while also driving continuous improvement, focused on operational excellence and efficiency.
