You will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and delivery of Sephora's store fixture and Creative Visual Merchandising design concepts across Southeast Asia‑Oceania (SEAO). This role involves translating brand guidelines into practical fixture plans and compelling Creative VM design solutions to enhance customer experience, support business objectives, and integrate more sustainable approaches across materials, energy use, waste management, and execution processes. You will lead the Senior Creative VM Designer, manage complex projects with independence, coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors, and help ensure all fixture and Creative VM initiatives are executed on time, within budget, in line with brand standards, and with sustainability considerations embedded where possible.

The role reports directly to the Director, Store Design & Construction, SEAO.
