We have partnered with a large, diversified UAE-based conglomerate to appoint a Head of Transformation. This is a Group-level leadership role responsible for designing and driving a coordinated business transformation agenda across a complex, multi-sector organisation. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a rare opportunity to shape how a major conglomerate evolves its operating model, organisational structure and commercial performance at scale.

This role is for someone who has led large, complex business transformation programmes from strategy through to execution, not IT or digital change, but genuine enterprise-wide transformation spanning people, process, structure and culture.
