Permanent – Full Time (43 hours per week)

Due to the relocation of a member of our management team, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate leader to join our team as Head of Showroom.

The Head of Showroom will be responsible for leading and managing the allocated department categories: Kitchen & Bathroom, Plumbing, Storage & Flooring, Lighting, and Paint. This includes growing team capability, increasing sales and profitability, and continuously improving the customer experience. This position has full managerial responsibility across the allocated departments, including sales performance, employment relations, and health & safety.
