Requirements

• 3–5 years' sales experience with proven sales management responsibility
• Demonstrated experience managing a sales team (essential)
• Experience selling into African markets 
• Background in food, FMCG or ingredients industries is advantageous — other sectors considered
• Advanced Excel skills and a genuine love of working with data and analytics
• Fully computer literate with strong CRM and reporting discipline
• Strong influencer with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
• Willing and able to travel extensively within SA and across sub-Saharan Africa
• High EQ 
• People Management experience
