Head of Sales | South Wales (Hybrid) | £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus | Permanent

A digital learning specialist is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their commercial function as they push into the England market. This is a proper growth leadership role - you'll own revenue across multiple income streams, build out the sales team, and be the driving force behind apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp expansion into new English regions.

Based out of South Wales with hybrid working, this role will require ad-hoc travel across the UK.

• Lead all commercial activity across Welsh apprenticeship and digital skills provision, England-funded programme growth, and a proprietary SaaS LMS platform
• Drive England market development — building relationships with Mayoral Combined Authority skills teams, DfE contacts, and employer networks to support Skills Bootcamp contract growth and apprenticeship pipeline
