The Head of Sales & Marketing (HoSM) will take the helm in managing our two primary routes to market (Trade Merchant and Distributor) ensuring we consistently hit and exceed our ambitious sales targets. As a dynamic leader, the HoSM will inspire and guide a diverse team that includes Inbound and Outbound Telesales, Field Sales, Key Account Executives, and Business Development & Marketing professionals. This role is crucial in turning our company’s vision into strategic, actionable plans that drive measurable results.
