Our client, a well established, reputable company based in Bedford is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a real passion for achieving sales targets and delivering world class sales management processes.
You will be responsible for leading a team of field sales and internal telemarketers to ensure delivery of our ambitious sales growth plans to drive market share gains.
You will coach and develop the team’s to ensure that best in class processes are implemented resulting in increased, sales effectiveness, pipeline growth, new business wins.
