We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and aggressive Head of Sales B2B Broker Acquisition to build, scale, and activate 1,000,000 broker channel partners, wealth advisors, and distribution partners globally. This is not a traditional sales role; it is an opportunity to build one of the world’s largest real estate distribution broker ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete broker growth ecosystem, including broker onboarding, partner engagement, channel sales expansion, distribution scaling, and strategic alliances.
- Build and scale broker networks across the UAE and India; onboard brokers, channel partners, and wealth advisors; expand city-wise and region-wise distribution.
- Drive inventory sales through broker ecosystems and scale revenue through channel partnerships.
