We are looking for a Head of Retention to lead and scale the global retention and subscription strategy for a fast-growing health and wellness brand. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about lifecycle marketing, customer retention, CRM, AI-driven personalisation, and subscription growth. The role is based in Hong Kong (relocation package)

Responsibilities

• Own the global retention strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, referrals, and subscriptions
• Drive improvements across customer retention, LTV, churn reduction, and subscriber growth
• Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns, onboarding journeys, win-back flows, and personalisation strategies
