Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategyGuide and develop a regional Total Rewards teamTranslate global frameworks (compensation, benefits, job architecture) into effective regional solutionsOversee and optimize key processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, salary bands, and job evaluations (HAY methodology)Drive regional projects to enhance competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration & benefitsEnsure harmonization, efficiency, and governance of Total Rewards processes, programs, and vendors across the regionMonitor KPIs, analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and decision-makingEnsure compliance with European and local regulations (.
