Head of QA / Director of Quality Engineering

We are looking for a Head of QA / Director of Quality Engineering to build and lead our quality assurance function from the ground up. You will establish testing strategies, build the QA team, and ensure the reliability and quality of our banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA strategy across all products
• Build and manage the QA team (manual and automation)
• Establish testing frameworks, processes, and best practices
• Drive test automation and CI/CD integration
• Ensure quality standards meet regulatory requirements for banking
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
