Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacturing and Production Processes

• Support the scalability of manufacturing to order for +/- 200 countries while providing strategic direction.
• Implement and maintain where necessary a best-in-class manufacturing and production operation.
• Establish and roll out a plan to ensure all operators are cross functional capable.
• Strategically contribute to the improvement of plant availability and productivity.
• Lead and contribute to projects identification, development and implementation.
