Overview Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Head of Production for a leading marble and stone manufacturer with a state-of-the-art facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in stone processing and factory operations with the ability to lead end-to-end production, optimize plant efficiency and maintain uncompromising quality standards.
Responsibilities - Direct and oversee the complete production cycle: block receiving, slab cutting (gang saws, block cutters), polishing, resin treatment, edge profiling, finishing and site installation.
- Manage multi-disciplinary production teams across factory and field operations, ensuring adherence to production targets and quality benchmarks.
