Overview:
A leading organisation within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead and develop its Project Management Office. This role will oversee a large-scale change portfolio (£10M–£20M), managing approximately 50 concurrent projects while ensuring robust governance, financial oversight, and delivery excellence across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the PMO function across a large, complex portfolio.
Oversee circa 50 active projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery standards.
