Position Summary

Head of Performance – responsible for leading and scaling multil‑channel marketing efforts across Europe and the United States. 100% onsite in Barcelona, Spain.

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
• Own CRO across landing pages, booking flows, and key funnel steps — from hypothesis and test design through implementation and rollout.
• Define strategy, manage budgets, and lead execution across 10 countries.
• Lead, develop, and empower a team of performance marketers.
• Develop and implement testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel strategies.
• Partner with creative, data, product, booking centre and sales teams to deliver full‑funnel growth.
