The role

We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead how the business runs day to day. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving - turning plans into action, leading the team, and making sure the operation runs smoothly as we grow. It's a key leadership role with real ownership and the chance to shape how a fast-growing brand operates.

You will work closely with the founder and the wider team, and own the systems and rhythm that keep a busy business running well.
