Position Overview
- Lead the execution of the company's Turkey manufacturing project, ensuring alignment with global vision, mission, and standards.
- Manage the establishment and rollout of TPM, driving OEE improvement, reducing downtime, and strengthening operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with global and local certifications and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, GMP, EHS.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across productivity, quality, safety, and cost structures.
- Lead supply chain integrationn efforts supporting business planning, category planning, and inventory optimization.
- Oversee production planning to ensure efficient, high‑quality output and timely delivery to various markets.
- Drive the evaluation, introduction, and implementation of new processes and packaging technologies.
- Provide strong project management leadership for operations and supply chain projects.
