Role summary 

The National Concert Hall is seeking to appoint a strategic and highly organised Head of Operations.  Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and delivery of all operational, facilities, and event-related functions across the organisation. The role ensures that operational activities of the National Concert Hall are aligned with organisational strategy and delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of public service. 

As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Operations supports the COO in implementing strategic objectives, translating these into effective operational plans, policies, and performance outcomes.
