Own and elevate merchandising performance across Southeast Asia markets. Drive strategic product decisions through data, insight, and commercial instinct. Key responsibilities include:

• Define and continuously refine regional merchandising strategies, translating evolving consumer behaviours, climate needs, and local trends into commercially relevant product direction
