Tauranga City Council is seeking a strategic leader for the Head of Strategic Māori and Iwi Partnerships. This pivotal role involves guiding the development of a partnership framework with iwi, hapū, and Māori communities.

You will be an integral part of the Executive Leadership team, helping to shape the new Water Services Organisation, influence planning and infrastructure, and ensure equitable outcomes based on Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Applicants should have substantial senior leadership experience, a strong understanding of Māori perspectives, and fluency in te reo Māori or tikanga Māori.
