Voodoo is seeking a team leader for its remote gaming team in Helsinki, Finland. As a key member, you will lead a small team in developing innovative mobile games. You will inspire and motivate your team, continuously improve game creation processes and engage in all aspects of game development, including UI and UX design.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for mobile games, and a proven track record in the mobile F2P market. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are required, along with an understanding of game design.
