Head of Learning (Business, Learning and Development)

Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group, invites applications for a Head of Learning based in Chichester. The role is full‑time and offers a competitive salary of £56,552‑£61,803 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff, finance, management information and resources within the curriculum area in line with the College Group’s values, behaviours, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the curriculum cluster, raising the quality of the learning experience and student satisfaction.
• Research and develop the curriculum offer to meet the evolving needs of students, employers and the local community, considering legislative changes, Ofsted and local skills improvement plans.
