About the Role

As Head of IT & Tools, you will define, deliver, and continuously improve the IT assets, tools, and processes that support LANDI Global employees. This role combines strong hands‑on ownership with strategic thinking. You will be both a credible technology leader and a trusted partner to the business. You will play a key role in shaping how technology enables operational efficiency and supports the organization’s growth.

• Lead and develop the IT team; set clear priorities, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Champion technology adoption across the business, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to build buy‑in and drive change.
• Support team members’ growth and development, building capability within the IT function to meet evolving business needs.
