Opportunity

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for a key service area, ensuring a strategic approach is taken to the delivery of customer focused services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the organisation.
• Responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Strategy and vision.
• Ensure that the management of the Service Area is economic, effective and efficient, including the preparation, implementation and monitoring of a Service Area Plan.
• Explore opportunities to improve service delivery through joint working.
• To develop partnerships and strong collaborative working relationships with other public authorities.
