JOB TITLE: HEAD OF HARD LUXURY REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER LOCATION: DUBAI MALL ORGANISATION UNIT: HERMES MIDDLE EAST LLC

SCOPE OF JOB: The Head of Hard Luxury is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to successfully run all aspects of the business in his/her departments including building sales, team management, identifying opportunities and client development via CRM and services initiatives and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting interviews and participating to the recruitment of the team.
• Daily supervision of the team (coaching, training, organizing morning briefs and assisting in achieving sales objectives).
• Being able to assess the team members and identify talents among the team members and conduct development plan/improvement plan when needed.
