The Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own Incard's growth engine end-to-end.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑first leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, product, and experimentation. You will be responsible for building repeatable, scalable acquisition channels and turning Incard into a category‑defining product for digital businesses.
