Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to join our Marketing Team at Skin + Me on a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover). This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

About the role
As Head of Growth, you own how Skin + Me grows its profit — winning new customers and keeping them. You run the media budget and decide where the money goes, where we experiment, and what we automate. You lead a small team of channel experts, and you work hand-in-hand with brand, product, copy, design and dev to make sure customers see the right message at the right time.

We move fast and we make decisions with evidence. The best people here are as good at deciding what to stop as what to start.

What you'll do

• Grow Skin + Me's profit through acquisition and retention — across paid media, influencers, CRM and webs...
