Position Overview
- Lead and manage a professional finance team while providing guidance, support, and promoting financial awareness across all levels of the organisation.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of Bursa quarterly reports, annual reports, Bursa announcements, as well as consolidated management reports and financial analysis for Atlan Holdings Berhad and the Group.
- Oversee the Group's annual budgeting process, ensuring all financial budgets are prepared and completed within stipulated timelines.
- Act as the Company's representative in negotiations and maintain effective liaison with government authorities, external auditors, and financial institutions.
