**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the bi-annual compilation of the long-term forecast of expenditure (FE) (Services and Commodities), assimilating and validating inputs from internal functions and subcontractors; covering £500m annual spend
+ Negotiate budget setting with the Authority for the forthcoming year based on FE and Authority spending constraints
+ Lead the forecast and reporting of financial benefit associated with the FE across all spend types
+ Lead the Benefit Share claim process including negotiation with the Authority within timescale expectations of both the Authority and Team Leidos partners
