Role Purpose
The MD for the Implementation Center of Excellence (iCoE) is accountable for establishing, scaling, and governing State Street’s high‑capability delivery hub for core client implementation Testing functions across various workstreams in STT Alpha. The MD ensures that the iCoE becomes a strategic capability, reducing vendor dependency, improving cost efficiency, strengthening internal expertise, and enabling predictable client delivery at scale.

iCoE Strategy, Design & Build‑Out
Lead the end‑to‑end design and multi‑year implementation of the iCoE operating model, including functional scope, hiring strategy, location footprint, and resource mix.
