Position Overview
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Enterprise Risk Management Department (ERMD), ensuring stable operations and driving the continued enhancement of enterprise risk management capabilities across the branch.Drive enterprise-wide risk management practices, including Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), Top Risk management, risk aggregation, and oversight of emerging risks such as AI risk, model risk, and data governance.Oversee ICAAP and capital and stress testing frameworks, ensuring robustness and alignment with regulatory and internal expectations.Lead risk governance and internal control oversight, including the Branch Risk Management Committee and internal inspection activities, ensuring effective escalation and resolution of material risk issues.Act as the central point of contact for enterprise risk matters, liaising with regional hub functions, Head Office, regulators, and external stakeholders, while supporting Cor...
