About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our global engineering teams in delivering exceptional software solutions and driving technical excellence. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with the CTO, Head of Product and Heads of Operations to align engineering with business goals and product transformation.

As Head of Engineering, you will lead global teams, define and execute engineering strategy, champion DevOps and QA practices, and drive innovation through AI‑assisted development.
