As the Head of Engineering for EV Battery Solutions at Cox Automotive Europe, you will lead the engineering strategy, development, and execution of all technical operations related to EV battery repair, refurbishment, and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals. Location: Rugby with travel.
