Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and Toolroom functions
- Drive engineering governance, technical standards, and reliability systems
- Support manufacturing operations through strong engineering leadership
- Oversee asset care, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage CAPEX projects and engineering improvement programmes
- Ensure effective manufacturing support engineering and technical problem-solving
- Lead and develop engineering managers, maintenance teams, and technical staff
- Maintain strong integration between product engineering, manufacturing processes, tooling, and production support
- Drive operational uptime, engineering efficiency, and technical compliance
Minimum Requirements - BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
