_About the job_

The Head of Demand Planning leads and manages the centralized demand planning activities, in line with Sanofi global strategy and objectives. This includes Demand Planners and IA driven demand forecasting.

This role is critical in driving demand planning processes, overseeing operational routines and teams, and acting as a liaison between the centralized demand planning function located in Hubs and the local demand planning leads at market level, as well as other key stakeholders.

Global Demand Planning covers a global team of 80- 130 colleagues located all around the world, such as Bogota, Budapest, Kuala Lumpur and Barcelona. As a global function, under Market Supply Chain, it covers 150 defined planning process steps for all GBUs and markets.
