Responsibilities

Build and lead a future‑ready enterprise Data & AI capability. This role requires a strong financial services investment domain experience.

Act as a hands‑on builder delivering prototypes, automations and production‑ready solutions.

Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for data analytics, automation and AI.

Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse and trusted reporting layers.

Establish and scale an AI Factory, including agentic workflows and internal copilots.

Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, finance and technology to modernise ways of working.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across data, analytics, automation or AI, ideally in financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment and financial data, reporting and systems.
