The Role
As the Head of Customer Experience and Operations, you will be responsible for leading our customer support, onboarding, retention, and internal operations teams. Your mission will be to ensure world-class customer experiences while building scalable systems and workflows that support our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience Leadership: Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey
Team Management: Lead and grow customer success and operations teams
Operational Excellence: Optimize internal workflows, support systems, and service delivery processes
Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on priorities and feedback
