Reporting to the Managing Director / Finance Director / Finance Controller, the Head of Contract and Billing will be responsible for overseeing the tasks of managing the Contracts and Billing department. They are client-focused and assist colleagues/customers with any issues within their departments. The Contract Manager keeps an eye out for any errors or discrepancies and assist clients by answering inquiries. Moreover, aside from processing and monitoring contracts and billing invoices, they also perform various contract negotiation, legal and review.
