Job Description
Own and drive the full P&L for the consumer electronics and accessories division, delivering profitable revenue growth across key retail channelsLead, manage, and develop a cross-functional team across sales, merchandising, and product/productionBuild, operate, and expand relationships with major retail and club accounts including Walmart, Target, and Costco/Sam's ClubCreate and execute assortment strategies, optimizing SKU productivity, margin performance, and portfolio mixRun line reviews, joint business planning, and key account negotiations with retail partnersDrive speed-to-market initiatives while balancing cost, margin discipline, and product innovationIdentify and execute new channel expansion opportunities, particularly within Club and specialty retailDeliver data-driven commercial decisions to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance
