The role is focused on strengthening current performance while maintaining delivery, with emphasis on systems, process, and people development. 

What you will be doing 
Lead the Construction & Commissioning function and provide direction across delivery activity. 
Drive improvements in current-state performance while maintaining safe, predictable delivery. 
Act as a strong integrator across teams, stakeholders, and clients when required. 
Support optimisation across commissioning, systems, handover, process, and people capability.
