Job Purpose

Client Verification Team (CVT) Department Head manages the department and staff members, to ensure predetermined targets are achieved, ensuring optimum performance and quality, and to team members deliver at the expected level of performance in the areas of Client Lifecycle Management (including KYC) functions and Account Administration operations.

In addition, Client Verification Team (CVT) Department Head KL is responsible for providing regular reporting to global and regional stakeholders, CGSS management, maintaining communication with all stakeholders and performing escalations as required.

The Department Head also provides guidance and counsel to Team Heads and team members towards the achievement of outcomes tasked onto CVT.
