Actuate Builders, Inc. (ABI) is hiring a Head of Client Experience (CX) & Marketing Communications to lead our client experience agenda end-to-end — from journey design and NPS infrastructure to proposal collateral standardization and Marcom campaigns that move the pipeline.
This is a Director-level role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. It is a builder's seat: you will design the playbook, ship the tools, and drive adoption across project, sales, and service teams.
What You Will Own
• Design and roll out ABI's Client Experience Playbook across the full client journey.
• Build a structured client feedback and NPS system, with closed-loop action protocols.
• Standardize sales and marketing collaterals across all client-facing teams and bid submissions.
• Run focused Marcom campaigns tied to priority accounts and pipeline conversion.
