Roles and Responsibilities
This is a key leadership role under the IWPB Head of mainland China, with responsibility for leading the strategic priorities in the first line business risk and controls service to support the delivery of business goals in IWPB China.
Business Risk and Control Services
- Strengthen the end-to-end business control environment, ensuring key risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated. Work within the governance framework and support the business lines to provide clear sight of emerging risks and incident trends across their functions.
- Maintain deep connection with the lines of business, understand the challenges across the IWPB functions and lead improvements to ensure progression to a more standard, sustainable and optimized business operation.
