Position Overview

Head of Business Development & Partnerships (B2B / Institutional Sales)

Our client is a licensed fintech hiring a senior commercial leader to drive enterprise growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE.

What you'll do:

  • Win and grow large employer accounts (1,000+ employees)
  • Run complex sales cycles end-to-end
  • Build and scale ecosystem partnerships (e.g., payroll/WPS adjacencies, exchange house-type partners) to accelerate pipeline and distribution
  • Lead and coach a high-performing BD/sales team (~20), setting cadence, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
  • Work cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Ops, Risk/Compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer outcomes
